As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Specialist in North Haven CT you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer in a healthcare location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and this role you will support a welcoming environment while responding to site needs with agility reliability and innovation working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff patients visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and communicating observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas entrances and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas following site protocols for visitor processing deliveries and/or contractor access.
• Support healthcare operations by reporting hazards suspicious activity maintenance concerns and/or policy violations while helping staff and visitors with directions and general assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
