Job Summary
We are a small home health care company servicing central NJ since 1973 and are looking for a part-time Director of Health Care Services. You willbe responsible for efficient and effective delivery of all clinical and paraprofessional services.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring qualified employees and contractors provide patient care in accordance with applicable laws & regulationsand accepted standards of care
- Confirm that Interim HealthCares policies and procedures are followed by all service providers
- Work in partnership with the Operations Manager and Owner to ensure qualified caregivers are recruited retained supervised and evaluated
- Maintain on-call as scheduled for clinical questions during and after normal office hours
- Support new business initiatives
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in NJand have home care and management experience within the last five (5) years
