Job Description
As a Security Officer Campus Patrol in Dallas TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy transportation location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas support a welcoming environment and help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and strong this dynamic role you will deliver customer-focused service while working with a team that values agility reliability innovation and integrity all within a people-first culture.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to passengers visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals public areas boarding zones access points and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances restricted areas and/or operational spaces for unauthorized access and assist with access control credential checks and visitor direction in accordance with site procedures.
- Support transportation operations by maintaining a visible presence providing wayfinding assistance and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related issues suspicious activity and/or service needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
