About the role
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay operations within our Service Delivery Centre.
The role covers Accounts Payable In-House Banking and Travel Expenses across multiple entities and regions.
You will ensure reliable compliant and scalable operations while driving standardization automation and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Invoice-to-Pay processes (AP payments expenses banking)
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment execution
- Deliver services in line with SLAs KPIs and compliance requirements
- Maintain strong financial controls including audit readiness and payment security
- Lead develop and engage a team of team leaders and specialists
- Build strong relationships with Finance Procurement HR and business stakeholders
- Drive process improvements standardization and automation initiatives
- Manage risks escalations and ensure business continuity
Your profile
- 10 years of experience in Finance Operations / Shared Services
- 10 years of leadership experience managing teams
- Strong understanding of Invoice-to-Pay processes (AP payments expenses banking)
- Experience working in an international environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and workflow tools
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and automation
- University degree in Finance Economics or related field
