Invoice to Pay Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay operations within our Service Delivery Centre.
The role covers Accounts Payable In-House Banking and Travel Expenses across multiple entities and regions.

You will ensure reliable compliant and scalable operations while driving standardization automation and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Invoice-to-Pay processes (AP payments expenses banking)
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment execution
• Deliver services in line with SLAs KPIs and compliance requirements
• Maintain strong financial controls including audit readiness and payment security
• Lead develop and engage a team of team leaders and specialists
• Build strong relationships with Finance Procurement HR and business stakeholders
• Drive process improvements standardization and automation initiatives
• Manage risks escalations and ensure business continuity

Your profile

• 10 years of experience in Finance Operations / Shared Services
• 10 years of leadership experience managing teams
• Strong understanding of Invoice-to-Pay processes (AP payments expenses banking)
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems and workflow tools
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and automation
• University degree in Finance Economics or related field
