Key job responsibilities
- Drive the strategic roadmap for enterprise-grade systems and platforms ensuring solutions meet stringent security compliance and reliability requirements while maintaining rapid development velocity
- Lead complex ambiguous cross-functional programs that transform how engineering teams build and deliver enterprise solutions
- Orchestrate the integration of new technologies into our development ecosystem balancing innovation with enterprise customer requirements
- Create and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new tools processes and best practices across engineering teams
- Define processes and operational excellence standards that satisfy enterprise SLAs while enabling fast-paced development and iteration
- Collaborate with product security compliance and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise customer needs
- Own end-to-end program delivery from design through production deployment monitoring and support
- Establish engineering best practices that enable both startup agility and enterprise-grade quality
- Identify and proactively address technical risks security vulnerabilities and scalability challenges before they impact customers
- Champion continuous improvement in development velocity operational excellence and system observability

- 10 years of engineering experience
- 7 years of technical product or program management experience
- 5 years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 8 years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in security of web services video content protection technologies cryptography network security protocols and operating system security

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
