Wells Fargo has committed tohiremilitary spouses/domesticpartners ofactively serving military personnel and is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst.This position provides advanced operational support for enterprise distributed computing platforms supporting both virtual and physical environments.

TheTech Operations Analystresolves moderately tohighly complexsystem issues supports production stability and serves as a Tier 12 resource within a 24x7 operations environment. The role requires strong technical judgment the ability to work with minimal supervision and effective collaboration across infrastructure teams.

The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel to career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program.

In this role you will:

  • Act as a Tier 1-2 support resource diagnosing and resolving complex incidentsimpactingsystem availability and user functionality.

  • Perform alert incident and problem management including root cause analysis and break/fix remediation.

  • Support and execute change events including implementation validation and post change verificationin accordance withoperational standards.

  • Escalate issues appropriately whilemaintainingownership through resolution.

  • Collaborate with engineering platform and operations teams to support service reliability and continuous improvement.

  • Create andmaintainoperational documentation runbooks and knowledge articles.

  • Provide advanced operational support for enterprise platforms including:

  • Windows Server

  • UNIX systems(AIX Solaris HPUX)

  • Linux systems(Red Hat Enterprise Linux SUSE)

  • Virtualized environments(VMware)

  • Distributed storage technologies includingSAN and NAS


Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Technology Operations experience or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 yearsof experience supportingenterprise operating systems including UNIX/Linux (RHEL or Solaris) and Windows Server.

  • 2 yearsof experience supportingenterprise server hardware including Dell HP and IBM platforms.

  • 2 yearsof experience supportingvirtualized environments(VMware).

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues with limited supervision.

  • Strong analytical documentation andproblem-solvingskills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience usingServiceNowor similar enterprise incident/problem management tools.

  • Experience supporting bothUNIX and Windows environments with stronger depth inUNIX.

  • Working knowledge ofshell scripting(KornShell Bash orsh).

  • Experience supportingSAN and NASstorage technologies.

  • Familiarity withprivate or hybrid cloud platforms(e.g. Azure or Google Cloud Platform).

  • CompTIA A Certification

Job Expectations:

  • HHH Program Hires are expected to attend andparticipatein the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Orientation and Onboarding Experience.

  • Ability to work on-site at approved location listed

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • Relocationassistanceis not available for this position

  • Candidates living outside of the above locations may be asked to produce a copy of military orders includingapplicantto be considered for remote or alternate locations.

  • First shiftscheduleWednesdaySaturday consisting of:

  • Two (2) 12hour shifts
