DescriptionThe Compensation Analyst Global provides analytical and operational support for compensation programs and processes across a broad-based employee population. This role supports compensation planning and administration activities including base pay and incentive programs and assists with market benchmarking job catalog maintenance and compensation reporting. The analyst works under general supervision applies developing compensation knowledge and partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent competitive and compliant compensation practices.
This role supports our Enterprise division in Atlanta GA (Onsite).
Responsibilities- Support administration of global compensation programs and processes including documentation communications and execution support.
- Assist with annual compensation cycles (e.g. merit salary planning incentive reviews) including data validation audits and reporting.
- Conduct market pricing and competitive analysis for roles using surveys and other market data sources; document recommendations and rationale.
- Support compensation benchmarking activities including survey submissions data collection vendor coordination and market data management.
- Maintain and update the global job catalog and job documentation; assist with intake and review of new or revised roles.
- Support job evaluation and job classification activities by gathering information preparing summaries and coordinating reviews.
- Review compensation requests (offers adjustments promotions transfers) for completeness and alignment to guidelines; escalate exceptions as needed.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports dashboards and insights for HR and Total Rewards leaders; ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Help identify opportunities to improve compensation processes tools templates and governance; support standardization and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive compensation information.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience in compensation HR analytics HR operations finance or a related analytical role.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables lookups data validation) and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data summarize findings and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment with changing deadlines.
- Professional discretion and proven ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting compensation cycles (merit bonus/incentives) and/or market pricing.
- Familiarity with compensation surveys and market data providers.
- Coursework or exposure to job architecture and job evaluation concepts.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) in progress or interest in pursuing.
