This is a hybrid role at the intersection ofCRM strategy technical architecture and new business development.Youllplay a pivotal role inidentifyingCRM opportunities leadingplatformand service scoping and supporting solution design for complex data-driven marketing ecosystems.
You must be able to speak credibly acrosstechnical implementation architecture andstrategic use cases bridging sales delivery and client strategy functions.Youllbe part architect part strategistleading from the front to secure and shape CRM engagements.
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Growth
Lead CRM-specific business development efforts including pipeline creation qualification and pitch leadership.
Collaborate with client services strategy and technical teams to shape and respond to briefs with CRM-first solutions.
Articulate technical value of CRM solutions to both marketing and IT stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Strategic & Technical Expertise
Translate clientobjectivesinto CRM strategies and multi-channel campaign frameworks.
Lead platform recommendationsand technical solution shaping for clients across key CRM ecosystems:
Advise clients on CRM best practices data segmentation customer journeys and lifecycle planning.
Support project scoping and estimation with technical and strategic input to ensure commerciallyviablesolutions.
Collaboration & Leadership
Act as the CRM voice in cross-functional teams connecting strategy creative data and tech.
Partner with delivery and product leads to ensure feasibility and alignment across client engagements.
Champion CRM knowledge internally mentoring team members and contributing to agency growth goals.
About You
Proven experience in a growth / business development / strategic partnerships role within a creative digital or technology agency.
Deep understanding of CRM strategy customer lifecycle data architecture and marketing automation platforms.
Confident in engaging both marketing and technical stakeholders including CMOs CTOs and Heads of Digital.
Commercial acumen with experience in shaping complex CRM programmes and contributing to RFPs and pitches.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate CRM value clearly and persuasively.
Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Experience Cloud HubSpot Braze or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage.
Desirable Qualifications
Background in CRM consulting marketing technology or customer experience design.
Experience in B2C and/or B2B industries ideally including retail FMCG financial services or healthcare.
Understanding of data privacy and consent frameworks (e.g. GDPR CCPA)
