イベント関連

- 社内イベント全社イベントの企画立案スケジュール管理

- 出展会場設営運営当日進行のリード

- ベンダー調整資料作成案内文書作成

- PhotoshopIllustratorPowerPointPremiere Proでポスター案内資料イベント関連デザインを作成し写真撮影や動画の制作編集あれば尚可

来客対応

- 国内外からの来訪者のアテンド応接手配

- 見学ツアーの企画案内

- 入構手続き調整業務

必須要件

- イベントの企画運営経験企業/学校/団体など規模問わず

- 最小限の指示監督で自立して業務を進められること

- 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整力

- ビジネスレベルの日本語

- 英語での基礎的な読み書きコミュニケーション

- 英語での会議参加説明がスムーズにできるレベル

- デザインツールPhotoshopIllustratorPowerPointの使用経験

- プロジェクトマネジメント経験

Job Summary

This position is responsible for planning operating and executing various internal and external events at the Micron Higashi-Hiroshima site as well as handling visitor support and facility-related coordination. The role requires independently driving tasks and collaborating with relevant departments to deliver high-quality operations. Email and meeting communication in English will be required and design skills are a welcomed plus.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

- Planning and scheduling a wide range of events including small- and large-scale internal events as well as external events.

- Leading booth/exhibit preparation venue setup event operations and day-of execution

- Coordinating with vendors preparing materials and creating announcement documents

- Creating posters informational materials event-related designs and performing photo shooting and video creation/editing using Photoshop Illustrator PowerPoint or Premiere Pro (a plus if available).

Visitor Support

- Hosting visitors from Japan and overseas including arranging meeting rooms and escorting

- Planning and guiding site tours

- Handling procedures for site entry and other related coordination tasks

Required Qualifications

- Experience in event planning and operations (any scale such as corporate school or organizational events)

- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction or supervision

- Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders

- Business-level Japanese

- Basic English reading writing and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to participate in and communicate effectively during English meetings

- Experience using design tools (Photoshop Illustrator PowerPoint)

- Experience in project management
