As a PMO Manager you will play a central role in programme governance control and reporting. You will support the Programme Readiness Lead and programme leadership team to ensure high-quality delivery strong governance and effective stakeholder engagement across a large-scale cross-functional transformation environment.
Programme plan management standards governance and escalation
Facilitate programme change control and RAID management
Prepare and deliver internal and external programme performance reporting
Manage programme governance processes and associated tooling
Coordinate external assurance engagements and AW Quality Gate submissions
Liaise with stakeholders to communicate progress and track actions
Support risk assessment and build confidence in delivery timelines
Develop programme templates standards and reporting frameworks
Manage SharePoint repositories and programme documentation
Coach project teams on governance documentation and PMO best practice
Analyse resource and delivery plans to maximise delivery outcomes
Manage onboarding activities for programme resources
Project management qualification or PMO experience
Strong understanding of programme governance and delivery methodologies
Experience analysing complex datasets and producing clear reporting
Skilled in RAID management and change control
Experience coordinating governance forums and assurance activity
Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
High proficiency in MS Office MS Project and SharePoint
Ability to coach others and drive adherence to standards
