KeyResponsibilities:

Ensure strict compliance withenvironmental health and safety (EHS)standards across allcontrolactivities.

Performroutine and preventive maintenanceoncontrolsystems ranging fromPLC LSS(Life Safety system) FAS (Fire alarm system)Instrumentationand related Control systemsetc.

Supportcommissioning and startupof newcontrolsystems and infrastructure upgrades.

Identifyand fix electrical problems usingstructuredsolving stepsor procedures.

Conductrisk assessments and FMEAtoidentifyand mitigate potential system failures.

Maintainaccuratedocumentation ofcontrolsystems maintenance records and compliance reports.

Mentor junior technicians andparticipateintechnical training programsto elevate team capabilities.

Support deployment ofSMART diagnostics toolsand digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Electrical& ControlEngineering or equivalent technical certification.

Experience:Minimum2 yearsincontrolmaintenance and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge ofPLC/Instrumentation/FAS/LSSsystems electrical schematics and safety codes. Familiarity withETAPIEC standards andpredictive maintenance toolsis a plus.

Communication: Effectivecommunicatorwith strong teamwork and documentation skills.

Problem Solving:Demonstratedability to resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.

Approach: Proactive safety-conscious and committed to continuous improvement.
