Responsibilities and Tasks

Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile Automotive and Data Center applications

Develop andmaintaintest flows to ensure specification compliance and to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases

Perform failure analysis through data mining tester analysis and silicon characterization

Drive and implementrootcausefixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams

Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions

Support NPI activities includingbringup characterization andcrosssitehandover

OwnLPDDRspecificvalidation items (e.g. power timing margin IDDtrainingrelatedbehaviors)

Support yield ramp and issue containment during early production phases

Required Skills

Strong electrical testing skills using ATE platforms

Solid Electrical Engineering fundamentals

Experience with data mining and yield analysis

Good understanding of IC design and semiconductor devices

Programmingcapability:Python is preferred

Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus

Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable

CrossFunctionalCollaboration

Partner closely with Engineering Manufacturing and Marketing organizations

Work with Micron Memory Japan and US Product Engineering teams

Collaborate with Quality Assurance Process Integration Application Engineering and Test Solutions teams

Participate incrosssitetechnical alignment and handover betweenTaiwanJapan and other global teams

Education

Required: Bachelors orMasters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

Desired: Background in VLSI Semiconductor Physics or Nanotechnology

Preferred: Japanese language capability is a plus
