Job Description
You will be fully responsible for the day to day running of your shift as well as identifying and leading operational improvement opportunities for the business.
Job Title: Shift Manager
Reporting To: Production Manager
Shift: Pink Shift we are a 24/7 operating bakery 12-hour shifts covering days/nights and weekdays/weekends on a two-week rota. Shift patterns are 4 days on 3 days off 3 days on 4 days off
