Job Summary
The candidate will be providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems hardware and software. They are responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Specialized Experience: The following experience may be concurrent: Four (4) years experience using and maintaining Microsoft server or PC based applications. Four years experience with IT Customer Service organization; two (2) years direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems.
Specialized Certification: Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support Technician Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator
Security Clearance: Current U.S.SECRET clearance required (IT-1).
Special Requirements: DoD 8570.01-M IA workforce certification: IAT-II (Security).
Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics. Bachelors degree plus 3 years of specialized experience or an associates degree plus 7 years of specialized experience or a major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience or 11 years of specialized experience.
