Visão Geral:

O Assistente de Gestão de Frota é responsável por apoiar as atividades operacionais e administrativas relacionadas à gestão dos veículos da empresa. Garantindo agilidade precisão e organização contribuindo para a disponibilidade da frota e redução de custos operacionais.

Em um dia comum você irá:

• Acompanhar manutenções preventivas e corretivas da frota.

• Realizar o controle de documentação dos veículos (licenciamento seguro multas etc.).

• Auxiliar no monitoramento da frota via sistemas de rastreamento/telemetria.

• Apoiar motoristas em demandas operacionais orientações e registros de ocorrências.

• Realizar o controle de documentação de sinistros/ furtos.

• Garantir conformidade com normas internas políticas de segurança e legislação pertinente.

O que você irá precisar para ter sucesso

• Cursando Superior em Administração / Engenharia ou Áreas Correlatas;

• Conhecimento mínimo intermediário e prático em Excel;

• Organização e Gestão de Prioridades;

• Comunicação Clara e Colaborativa;

• Proatividade e Atenção aos Detalhes;

• Diferencial: Conhecimento em processos Administrativos ou Logísticos e Inglês;
