The Job You Will Perform:
Prepare shipping documentation bills of lading packing slips and other required forms.
Assist with filing data entry and recordkeeping related to operations and logistics.
Support office tasks such as ordering supplies managing incoming/outgoing mail and organizing documents.
Communicate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or facilitate smooth workflow.
Provide general operational support across departments as needed as assigned.
The Shipping Clerk interacts with external partners on a daily basis to ensure that orders are being loaded and shipped safely and accurately. This person is responsible for billing customers managing the administration of records and inventory of finished goods.

A successful candidate will have:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated competence to work:
With minimum supervision
Communicate effectively with all levels in workforce
Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
Communication with diverse drivers/trucking industry
