Job Description
This position offers an excellent opportunity to enter the field of Revenue Management while developing a comprehensive operational perspective through a dual role. The position is divided between 50% Reservations and 50% Revenue Management providing a full understanding of the sales cycle and revenue optimization.
In the Revenue Management function the Revenue & Reservations coordinator supports the optimization of the hotels room revenue by assisting the Revenue Manager in implementing and developing effective inventory and pricing strategies. These strategies are based on demand forecasting market trends and historical data analysis.
In the Reservations function the role ensures the handling of reservation requests guarantees accuracy of information within the systems and contributes to delivering a seamless and high-quality guest experience. This role also supports commercial strategies by ensuring strong alignment between distribution pricing and availability management.
This position represents an ideal opportunity to develop the skills required to grow into a future Revenue Management role.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management (50%)
Assist the Revenue Manager in analyzing commercial performance and key performance indicators.
Support the implementation of pricing and inventory management strategies.
Contribute to forecasting and market trend analysis.
Maintain and monitor distribution systems and RMS.
Support the preparation of reports and analysis for various departments.
Reservations (50%)
Manage individual and group reservation requests across multiple channels.
Ensure accuracy of information and correct application of pricing policies.
Maximize upselling and upgrade opportunities.
Communicate effectively with operational teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of service quality and administrative follow-up.
Profile
Strong interest in building a career in Revenue Management.
Excellent analytical skills and strong technical abilities.
Detail-oriented well-organized and structured.
Good understanding of hotel operations.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
Previous experience in reservations front office or revenue management is preferred.
Interest in the brand pillars of W Hotels: body taste scene sound and stance.
