The Enterprise Account Executive is a high-energy driven professional with sound business acumen strong technical aptitude and a natural instinct for sales. As part of the Indeavor Sales team the Enterprise Account Executive is a strategic commercial professional with a strong understanding of enterprise software sales and the operational challenges facing large organisations across a range of industries. This individual excels at navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles engaging senior decision-makers and delivering workforce management solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. A skilled communicator with the ability to define ROI models and craft compelling value narratives they help customers understand the tangible impact of the Indeavor platform.
RequirementsResponsibilities
- Drive New Business: Identify engage and close new enterprise-level opportunities across Greece and Europe focusing on organizations with complex workforce management needs across manufacturing logistics retail utilities and other demand-driven sectors.
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the local commercial landscape including sector-specific labor planning compliance and scheduling challenges to position Indeavors SaaS solutions effectively in the Greek and regional market.
- Solution Selling: Lead consultative sales conversations by aligning Indeavors workforce management platform with the strategic goals of enterprise clients clearly demonstrating ROI and operational value.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting networking and leveraging industry events and referrals. Ensure Salesforce account and opportunity data is kept current and accurate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Product and Customer Experience teams to tailor messaging demos and onboarding strategies for regional clients. Coordinate with the Implementation Team to ensure a smooth handover into the deployment and delivery phase of the customer journey.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders across operations HR and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth. Act as a trusted advisor to customers driving ongoing value through the Indeavor platform.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM tools providing visibility into performance and pipeline health.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on regional industry trends the competitive landscape and regulatory developments including Greek labor law and EU workforce regulations to inform sales strategy and product feedback.
- Build Business Cases & Value: Compile compelling business cases return on investment analyses and overall value assessments to support customers in making the decision to invest in the Indeavor platform.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and navigate procurement processes with enterprise clients ensuring alignment with legal and financial requirements. Create and execute order forms and commercial agreements for your customer portfolio.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined sales execution and strategic account planning.
- Events & Conferences: Attend relevant industry events and conferences across Greece and the broader region to build brand awareness and identify prospective customers.
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a commercial sales or customer-facing role ideally within enterprise software or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Greek and EU business culture
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
Other Considerations
- B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of enterprise software implementation and the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with CRM AI tools and issue ticketing systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
- Travel expected approximately 2030% per year within Greece and the Southeast European region
