AMPS is looking for a Leader for Account Management Team that manages our Hardlines to join Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) team to help our Selling Partners to grow their growth. The candidate is responsible for managing Merchant Consultants in charge of our Life & Leisure category to drive the strategic recommendation and advice for Selling Partners and scale our service by building mechanisms with a strong data-driven analytical view. The candidate will be expected to be a key part of developing our portfolio of Paid Services solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in the US EU and China.
Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Drive the growth for our Selling Partners in L&L through strategic planning and execution with excellence
Set and review individual goals for Merchant Consultants and hold team accountable for performance.
Create mechanisms to track progress and report on the state of the business weekly month and quarterly.
Attract top talent develop a high performing team and establish team culture embracing Amazon Leadership Principles.
Drive the business review on weekly monthly and quarterly to senior leadership

- 10 years in a Sales Account Management role 3 years in a management position.
- Strong Japanese/English communications capability with strong verbal negotiation skills and the capability to write compelling business documents and to verbally communicate with senior executives.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and developing a team.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders globally.
- MBA Preferred.
- Preferred background of e-Commerce B2C online business and/or retail business.
- Have globally working experience
- Financial knowledge of understanding business from P/L B/S point of view.
