Responsibilities

• Develop qualify and sustain inspection and application solutions to support DRAM NPI and highvolume manufacturing.

• Enable robust inline monitoring strategies to support effective defect detection yield learning and early issue identification across critical process steps.

• Analyze manufacturing inspection and yield data to identify trends gaps and potential yield limiters.

• Support root cause investigations for yield excursions and process instabilities using datadriven and structured problemsolving approaches.

• Drive continuous yield improvement and production stability initiatives in collaboration with process integration process engineering and manufacturing teams.

• Support technology transfers and new product ramps by ensuring inspection readiness and monitoring coverage.

• Evaluate new tools capabilities and methodologies to enhance inspection effectiveness and manufacturing support.

• Work closely with global engineering and supplier partners to resolve technical issues and improve overall manufacturing performance.

• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of inspection methodologies application strategies and best practices.

• Document results insights and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing and longterm manufacturing excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree in Engineering or a related field such as Materials Science Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Physics or a closely related discipline.

• Strong engineering fundamentals combined with a willingness to continuously learn and explore new technologies methodologies and problemsolving approaches.

• Demonstrated curiosity and an innovationdriven mindset with the motivation to propose new ideas challenge existing practices and seek breakthrough solutions to manufacturing and yield challenges.

• Ability and willingness to approach complex problems with a datadriven and experimental mindset including learning through analysis iteration and handson investigation.

• Openness to working across disciplines and functions with a proactive attitude toward collaboration knowledge sharing and learning from diverse technical perspectives.

• Effective communication skills and a growth mindset with the ability to receive feedback adapt quickly and contribute in a fastpaced manufacturing and NPI environment.
