Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health (Part-Time)
Indianapolis IN Elara Caring
Looking for flexibility without sacrificing meaningful patient care
As a Home Health RN youll provide one-on-one care in the patients home. You control your schedule build real relationships and see patient progress in real time.

What Youll Do
Manage a home health patient caseload
Complete Start of Care and follow-up visits
Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
Communicate with physicians and care team
Document visits and ensure compliance
What You Need
Active RN license (Indiana)
1 year of nursing experience
Reliable vehicle valid drivers license and auto insurance
Willingness to travel within the Indianapolis coverage area
Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds
