- Experience in building maintenance and grounds keeping required
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing:
- Complete service requests: minor plumbing electrical painting and miscellaneous repairs
- Maintain interior and exterior common areas
- Prepare apartments for move ins
- Complete emergency and preventative repairs to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Operate maintenance equipment (Including but not limited to; saws drills power washers paintbrushes drywall nail guns hammers screwdrivers electrical tools/ devices plumbing tools/ devices cleaning equipment rental equipment lifts ladders
