Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Operate monitor and adjust crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
- Support material handling activities including loading stockpiling and cleanup.
- Identify and communicate equipment or safety issues promptly.
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a compliant and hazardfree worksite.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to monitor equipment performance.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding outdoor and fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following established procedures.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
