Home Health CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (Part Time)

1624 Hours Per Week Mileage Reimbursement

What Youll Do

As a Home Health CNA you will provide hands-on support and compassionate care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and mobility

• Supporting patients with safe transfers and positioning

• Monitoring patient condition and reporting changes to the supervising nurse

• Providing companionship and emotional support to patients and families

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients

• Documenting care provided according to company standards

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice

• High School Diploma or GED

• Compassionate patient-focused attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to frequently lift push pull or support up to 50 pounds including assisting with patient transfers

• Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
