We are looking for anAdministrativeCoordinatorto join our printing plant team in Eagan Minnesota. The administrative coordinator willbe responsible foradministration within one function and may in addition have Executive Assistant duties. For this role you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2500 upon being in the role for 90 days.
About the Role:
Carrying out advanced administrative duties to meet departmental or multi-departmental needs.
Organizing workload tocomply withdeadlines and priorities.
Providing administrative services and coordination for departmental projects and learning their internal systems.
Working with suppliers originating reports/documents/presentations composing
Correspondence/department communications updating manualsmaintaininglogs andmaintainingand updating department files.
Analyzing collecting and compiling data and some proofreading.
Liaising with other departments specifically Accounts in relation to producing and checking invoices banking and Purchase Orders.
Some secretarial duties including managing calendars travel expenses and mail.
May use various computer databases and applications.
Mostly workingindependentlyperforms complex administrative duties related to the department function.
Scope of the role may be global as you may interact with global staff.
The role requires knowledge of departmental and company policy and procedure dealing with sensitive and confidential information and financial reporting support and understanding.
