What You Will Own
As a Ford Service Technician / Mobile Technician you are responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering quality efficiency and professionalism every day.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Performing work listed on repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Diagnosing and repairing engines transmissions brakes steering suspension A/C and electrical systems
- Test-driving vehicles and verifying repairs using diagnostic equipment
- Completing warranty repairs to Ford standards
- Communicating clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- Maintaining a clean safe and professional work area
What It Takes to Win Here
Required Non-Negotiable:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred:
- Ford or ASE certifications (training available if needed)
- Previous automotive service experience
