Who is your future team
You will be part oftheEVPMETSAnalytics team. The team is a small and agilegroup ofdedicated engineers working with developingand supportinguse-case specificanalytics solutions forAxismore special videoproducts including explosionprotectedthermalandmulti-directionalcameras.
Working in our team entailsclose collaboration withotherteamsof different disciplines as well as other analytics teams.
Your roleasan Agile Lead:
Working as an Agile Lead in our team your mainobjectivewill be to drive and facilitate our teams projects together with the team of engineers. As part of achieving thisobjective you will be expected to collaborate and communicate with engineers and product managers from all over Axis. Your role also includes facilitating SCRUM-like meetings and making sure the projects are on track both when it comes to deliveries and deadlines.
Our software responsibilities span all the way frommodel trainingandcamera application developmenttoensuringtheoptimalperformance of these applications. We therefore see that you are a technical leader with former experience of software development in a team setting.
Inaddition to thiswe want tomake sure toinclude a user experience and data driven approachin everything we do. As an Agile Lead we expect you to include the user perspective in your work.
Who are we looking for
You are curious have a great passionfortechnology lovechallengesand enjoyproblem solvingin a addition webelieve that youare self-drivenandinspired by working in an environment of openness creativity trust commitment playfulness and encouragement.
Wealsorequestthat you have:
- Auniversity degree in computer scienceengineeringmathematics orrelatedfield.
- A few years of experience as a Software Developer (Preferably in PythonCand/or C).
- A proactive and organized mindset capable of understanding the big picture and driving projects to completion.
- A stronginterest in and curiosity for algorithm development and Deep Learning/Machine Learning.
Bonus Points for:
- Previous experience in developing on-target analytics solutions.
