Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic wellorganized MultiProperty Recruiter with a strong service orientation capable of managing recruitment processes for multiple business units simultaneously and efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection ideally for operational administrative and/or highvolume positions.
- Degree in Psychology Human Resources or related fields.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Innovation in recruitment processes incorporating new strategies tools and sourcing channels.
- Skills in competencybased interviewing profile evaluation and report preparation.
- Excellent communication skills a collaborative attitude and the ability to interact with various operational areas.
- Intermediate proficiency with digital tools (Excel job portals and professional networks).
- Strong service orientation and teamwork skills essential in the hospitality environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with different properties operational rhythms and evolving requirements.

Requisitos principales:
Experiencia comprobable en reclutamiento y selección idealmente en posiciones operativas administrativas y/o de gran volumen.
Formación en Psicología Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
Capacidad de planificación y organización con manejo de múltiples prioridades.
Innovación en los procesos de selección incorporando nuevas estrategias herramientas y canales de búsqueda.
Habilidades para entrevistas por competencias evaluación de perfiles y elaboración de informes.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación trato cercano y capacidad para relacionarse con distintas áreas operativas.
Manejo intermedio de herramientas digitales (Excel portales de empleo y redes profesionales).
Orientación al servicio y al trabajo en equipo fundamentales para el entorno hotelero.
Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad para trabajar con distintas propiedades ritmos operativos y requerimientos cambiantes.
