About this Opportunity:

Reporting to the Regional Manager the Auto Insurance/Personal Lines Advisor is responsible to provide outstanding and professional advice to clients regarding their Auto Insurance Driver Licensing and Personal Lines Insurance needs and offering other coverage solution available. Building a solid rapport with existing and new clients is essential to the success of this position. The successful candidate will also become familiar with ONE Insurances other lines of business to make clients aware of our wide variety of products and services.

Performance Objectives:

Create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients

Action all Auto Insurance transactions immediately in a professional and friendly manner and use the Prospector Program to generate leads

Follow the ONE Insurance Customer Service Standards for both Auto and Personal Lines Insurance transactions.

Actively cross sell all auto extension product options available

Be proficient and knowledgeable in Travel Health Insurance products available

Achieve annually established individual growth and sales objectives

Prospect new customers and identify new opportunities for increased sales actioning leads within your scope of responsibility.

Proper management of an assigned Personal Lines book of business per established workflows and procedures

Ensure the retention and growth of an assigned Personal Lines Book of Business;

Qualifications/Skills:

Minimum one (1) year of insurance industry or comparable customer service experience is preferred

Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification are not required but considered an asset

Familiarity with Applied EPIC broker management system is considered an asset

Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills
