As part of our Metro Operation Engineering team you will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Responsibilities:

• Establish and secure Metro tool paths to sustain capacity and cycle time.
• Support NPI introduction and pilot run.
• Confirm Equipment PM CPM and conduct pilot runs.
• Communicate and coordinate with PO/EO to handle equipment lot and production line-related issues.
• Assess equipment qualification data.
• Support defect scanning for equipment troubleshooting.
• Analyze and contain tool mismatching abnormal cases.
• Manage WIP handle hold lots prioritize lot arrangements and control Q-time lots.
• Monitor equipment status and manage engineering time.
• Handle CDSEM equipment alignment issues.
• Manage Orion eCAP cases.
• Resolve equipment MES errors.
• Summarize and report daily operating statuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or project experience in an engineering environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard engineering software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully implement technical solutions.
• Ambitious self-motivated and eager to compete in a fast-paced industry.

Other requirements for internal:

• Shift: 4/2 shift day and night shifts are required.

• GJS: E grade
