Job Summary

Job Duties:

Ensure that all crew members are wearing appropriate safety gear.
Perform all equipment checks and PMs prior to shift start.
Prioritize product flow through the department to ensure on time delivery to internal and external customers.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Produce quality product that meets or exceeds Cardinal and customers expectations.
Operate the department to meet or exceed productivity goals and expectations.
Perform annual performance reviews with your employees.
Develop your crew to be cross functional within the department.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner with everyone you come in contact with.
Maintain equipment and area in tour ready condition; Do a clean up after every shift.
Monitor your crews performance daily by printing production statistics and filling out the end of shift report.
Evaluate and share departments performance with your crew daily good or bad.
Hold yourself and crew accountable for everything; Praise in public discipline in private.
