Job Summary
Position Summary
Reporting to the Head Coach Womens Soccer the assistant coach will provide strategic support to the organization planning coaching instructing and teaching elements of all practices and games. This position requires frequent travel as well as evening and weekend hours.
Essential Functions
Provides skill instruction and student-athlete development both on and off the field. Evaluates identifies and recruits quality student-athletes in compliance with University Atlantic 10 and NCAA policies. Assists the head coach with administrative operations of the mens soccer program as needed. Complies with all NCAA Atlantic 10 Conference and University rules and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Drivers License
Work Environment
Office Environment: Employees are protected from weather conditions or contaminants but not necessarily occasional temperature changes. Outdoor Environment: Employees work outdoors and may not be protected from weather conditions. Noise: There is sufficient noise to require one to regularly shout in order to be heard above the noise level.
