What Youll Be Doing
- Perform general cleanup including shoveling material and sweeping work areas.
- Assist plant operators and maintenance teams with routine tasks and basic repairs.
- Support safe and efficient operation of equipment and production areas.
- Move load and handle materials as directed to maintain plant flow.
- Follow all safety practices and contribute to a clean organized work environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures in an industrial setting.
- Willingness to perform physical labor including lifting shoveling and working outdoors.
- Reliable team player with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and fastpaced operations.
- Positive attitude and readiness to learn plant processes.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Candidate must be enrolled in a post-secondary education program for Fall 2026.
- Candidate must be over the age of 18 years before the first day of work.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
