Weekdays Only No Nights Weekends or On-Call
Are you an experienced RN ready for a change from the fast-paced hospital environment This opportunity offers a chance to apply your clinical knowledge in a more flexible consultative rolewithout direct bedside care.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide case management support for individuals with work-related this position youll coordinate care review medical information and collaborate with providers to help guide recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
What Youll Do:
- Coordinate and monitor care for injured workers
- Review medical records and treatment plans
- Communicate with providers employers and other stakeholders
- Support timely and appropriate return-to-work planning
- Travel locally within the Flagstaff region
What You Bring:
- Active RN license (Associates degree or higher)
- Background in acute care (ICU ER Trauma Ortho Neuro etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Workers Compensation experience or bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
