Noble Career Opportunity
Noble is seeking hard working motivated individuals to join our team as an underground miner in the fast-paced mining industry. The successful individuals will be responsible for working as part of the Noble team to help develop and maintain the construction sites.
Position Title: Underground Miner
Location: Underground Mosaic K3
Start Date: April
Closing: Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired
Responsibilities:
- Operating various pieces of equipment
- Performing underground work
- Follow Noble and Mosaic safety policies
- Participate in safety meeting and toolbox talk with supervision
- Gathering and staging various materials to complete construction task
- Meet physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time lifting up to 50 lbs
- Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
- Follow Noble and Nutrien safety policies
- Participate in safety meeting and toolbox talk with supervision
Job Skills:
- Underground experience necessary
- Must hold a valid class 5 license
- Must have experience with underground equipment
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills: must be able to carry out verbal instructions read labels and signs report progress or issues to supervision
- Able to pass any pre-access screening including a Drug and Alcohol Test
- Ground Control - Rock Bolting - Scaling - etc
Work conditions and physical capabilities:
- Physically demanding
- Combination of sitting standing walking
- Bending crouching kneeling
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (Days and Nights)

- Hours: 40 hours per week
