12-hour shifts (6:00 AM 6:30 PM)
Day Shift

Pay Rate:$63 per hour

Position Overview

A healthcare organization inPhoenix Arizonais seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN)to provide quality patient care in a clinical or long-term care setting.

This role is open tonew graduates as well as candidates with less than 1 year of experience making it an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administermedications and treatmentsas prescribed by physicians.
Conductpatient assessmentsand develop individualized care plans.
Monitor evaluate and documentpatient progress and outcomes.
Communicate effectively withpatients families and healthcare teams.
Assist patients withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Participate inshift reports and care coordination activities.
Supportstaff training and development initiativesas needed.
Ensure compliance withstate and federal healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience inskilled nursing or long-term care
Exposure togeriatric patient careis a plus
