Responsibilities

Design and own analog circuits for highbandwidth memory (HBM) including highspeed transmitters and receivers; phaselocked loops (PLLs); delaylocked loops (DLLs); clock and data recovery (CDRs); serializer/deserializer (SerDes) blocks; biasing reference calibration and powerregulation circuits.
Develop designs that meet bandwidth jitter noise power and area requirements through detailed analysis and documentation.
Perform prelayout and postlayout simulations and conduct process voltage and temperature (PVT) analysis Monte Carlo simulations mismatch checks and aging evaluations.
Partner with layout engineers to define floorplanning symmetry matching shielding and electromigration/voltagedrop (EM/IR) requirements.
Review and sign off analog layouts and drive layoutaware design improvements for advanced semiconductor nodes.
Collaborate with analog digital system packaging and test teams to support design integration and bestpractice development.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficiency with SPICEbased simulators (e.g. Spectre HSPICE) and advancednode complementary metaloxidesemiconductor (CMOS) technologies.
Knowledge of device physics analog layout techniques and PVT variation and reliability considerations.
Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering or a related field.
5 years of handson analog or mixedsignal integrated circuit (IC) design experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of dynamic randomaccess memory (DRAM) subsystem architecture specification operation or design.
Understanding of physical layout and circuit floor planning.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Experience supporting multi-functional build or validation activities.
