Role Overview:
The Multinational Claim Services team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer-focused claims service for multinational casualty clients. We take a solutions-oriented approach to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of claim services professionals who serve as the primary point of contact for claims assistance on multinational programs.
- Develop a deep understanding of each clients claims servicing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee and conduct local claim service reviews as required.
- Create and manage customized claims service bulletins for clients.
- Manage relationships with external vendors supporting Chubbs casualty business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US Underwriters and key Chubb claim contacts across all regions.
- Client facing point of sale & relationship management.
- Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Risk Management or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in multinational claim services and/or technical claims handling.
- Strong understanding of multinational casualty coverage.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and experience with reconciliation tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Access (intermediate to advanced level).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective team player.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- High commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines and standards.
