SEWING PRODUCTION

Our ideal team member is reliable detail-oriented and enjoys working with their hands. You take pride in quality work and being part of a team that delivers great products to customers.

• 1st Shift: 5a-2:30p ($18/h) Monday Friday Some overtime during peak season
• 2nd Shift: 1:30p-10p ($20/h plus 8% premium) Monday Friday Some overtime during peak season

Continuous Flexpath:

• 40 hrs per week plus OT now through the end of Peak Season.
• Off Season work Tues-Thurs (24 hrs) and get a paid additional day for not working (paid for 32 hrs).
• In 2025 Peak Season was Jan-Sept. Off Season was Oct-Nov

No Sewing Experience No Problem.

Some roles include sewing machine operation but many do not require prior sewing experience. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a production team well help you find the right fit.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Sling assembly
• Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts
• Cushion finishing and closing for a polished final product
• Cushion scanning and sealing
• Boxing and palletizing finished goods
• Fabric folding and preparation
• Operating machines for grommets zippers buttons and seat ties
