Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated customer-focussed individual to join us as Internal Communications Manager in our People and Talent team.


Salary:38000 per annum
Location:UK / Remote
Contract:Fixed-term 12 months -Full-time
Hours:Full-time (37 hours per week)

What were looking for

This role will support the delivery of effective internal communications that strengthen employee engagement ensure colleagues are informed and connected and support NCUKs organisational priorities.


The successful candidate will help develop and deliver clear engaging and consistent communications across the organisation while supporting leaders to communicate key messages and initiatives to colleagues across a globally distributed workforce.


We are a remote first organisation and this is primarily a remote role however there will be a need to attend our Manchester or London office for team meetings.

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in internal communications corporate communications or employee engagement
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging messaging
  • Experience using internal communication platforms or intranet systems (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive collaborative and detail-focused approach
