Temporary MultiTrade Maintenance Operative Leicester
Location: Leicester
Duration: Minimum 2 weeks
Pay Rate: 14.36 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled MultiTrade Maintenance Operative to support one of our busy student accommodation sites in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resealing shower trays
- Repairing broken drawers and general furniture fixes
- Carrying out daytoday maintenance tasks across the site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Responding to general reactive maintenance issues
About You:
- Previous experience in maintenance or multitrade roles
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good problemsolving skills
- Reliable punctual and customerfocused
