Job Summary
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Reconciliation & Audit: Ensuring payment accuracy and financial compliance.
- Payment Processing: Managing payment masters for systematic timely processing.
- Procurement Support: Handling PO and SRN creation.
- MIS Reporting: Tracking payment trends and operational bottlenecks.
- Provider Relations: Serving as the primary contact for payment queries and grievances.
- Internal Coordination: Partnering with Finance to close pending payments.
- Process Improvement: Reducing current Turnaround Times (30 days for home collection; 45 days for camps).
