Associate Solution Developer

What you will do:

• Accountable for ownership of on-time input and output delivery including taking initiative to monitor after hours
• Accountable to handle your own time to meet deadlines
• Lead and run source file receipt with clients vendors and/or internal partners
• Accurately validate source and output data data formatting specifications and output requirements according to specifications and service level agreements ensuring zero defects
• Deliver accurate output information to clients and/or their vendors through the appropriate data processing platforms and utilizing transfer mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes established procedures project requirements and agreements/expectations
• Research solve problems and take action regarding data or processing issues according to product client and/or third-party vendor specifications. Communicate internally and externally with clients and partners as determined by the nature of the discussion.

What you will need (Basic Requirement):

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Basic knowledge of Web Application or Web Services development.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and internal partners
• Attention to detail important to monitor and audit solution processing services and research requests
• On call and weekend support
• Strong Written/Verbal skills

• Must be able to come into the Conway office (Conway AR)

• Grasp of relational database design
• Working Knowledge (Understanding of Syntax) of the following: Encryption/Decryption (PGP/GPG SDMS GIS) AOFT OES Unix FUSE Perl JavaScript XML HTML Shell Scripting UNIX/LINUX UltraEdit File Medic Syncsort Tomcat
• File Transfer Protocols
• General knowledge of Information Technology practices
• Experience or knowledge of RESTful principles and/or SOAP protocol
• Knowledge of No-SQL Database Principles
