$120000 base commission
Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the internal hiring function. This role requires strong operational experience the ability to build processes and structure and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage people workflows and hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will own the hiring function end-to-end build and level a team and create the systems that drive consistent scalable hiring.

Experience building structure systems and workflows
Experience managing or leading a team
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to operate independently and execute
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Comfortable in fast-paced high-pressure environments
Responsibilities
Build and structure the recruiting function end-to-end
Create processes systems and workflows for consistent hiring execution
Hire manage and develop a team of recruiters
Level up team performance through structure accountability and guidance
Lead intake conversations and define hiring needs with managers
Manage relationships and expectations across departments
Oversee sourcing channels and ensure consistent candidate flow
Step in hands-on when needed to support recruiting efforts
Oversee onboarding workflows and hiring documentation
Maintain structure tracking and reporting across the hiring process
