Director of HR
Brooklyn NY (On-Site)
$180000 Base Commission
Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to build and lead the internal HR function in a fast-paced environment. This role is focused on creating structure across people operationsowning HR processes compliance and the full employee lifecycle.
While primarily an HR leadership role you will also oversee the hiring process and guide the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- Strong HR leadership experience
- Experience building HR processes policies and infrastructure
- Experience overseeing / collaborating with Talent Acquisition
- Strong operational and process-driven mindset
- Excellent communicator able to maintain strong relationships and handle issues effectively
- Comfortable in fast-paced high-pressure environments
Key Responsibilities
- Own HR function end-to-end (policies compliance employee lifecycle)
- Build and implement HR systems processes and structure
- Oversee employee relations performance and retention
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers on hiring decisions
- Oversee hiring process and support Talent Acquisition
- Drive KPIs reporting and operational accountability
