Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with in-house customers to manage requests and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with depots through callovers to ensure all work is accurate and consistent across systems.
  • Handle customer requests for extra work cancellations and amendments.
  • Release imports using Destin 8 and CNS systems and manage bookings for exports.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
  • Managing group email mailboxes in a timely and effective manner

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with TOPS Paris Destin 8 and Excel is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

An understanding of the transport industry is essential. Working as part of a successful team youwill possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers.A working knowledge ofIT systemsand Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
