UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join the over 350 employed providers of the SwedishAmerican Medical Group in Rockford Illinois.

Qualifications:
MD or DO; BC or BE in Family Medicine
Active license in the State of Illinois and active DEA license or the ability to apply for such licenses prior to or upon hire.
