Job Summary
SAP Manager Sr Hybrid MTY o CDMX
We are looking for experienced SAP Managers and Senior SAP Managers with 5 to 15 years of experience to join a global consulting team working on high-impact supply chain transformation projects.
This role focuses on designing implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions while collaborating with international teams and driving business innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP implementation and transformation projects
- Design and optimize supply chain processes using SAP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Define project scope roadmap and solution architecture
- Guide stakeholders and business users in system adoption
- Identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities
Technical Skills Required:
- For Managers: A minimum of 5 years of experience leading SAP MM SD PP EWM TM and/or IBP implementation and migration teams is required.
- For Senior Managers: A minimum of 10 years of experience leadingSAP MM SD PP EWM TM and/or IBP
- implementation and migration teams is required.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA SAP IBP or Ariba
- Expertise in at least one module: MM SD PP EWM TM IBP
- Project management experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
- English Advanced Levels C1C2 face to client experience to delivery presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (mandatory)
- Masters degree (nice to have)
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
Location & Schedule:
- Hybrid role in Mexico City (Polanco) or Monterrey (Santa María)
- Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
