About the RoleAre you passionate about quality compliance and driving real improvements in service delivery Were seeking an experiencedEmployment Services Quality Specialistto play a pivotal role in strengthening quality risk and compliance across our employment services this handson role youll lead endtoend internal audits within a complex service delivery environment respond to funding body assurance activities and support organisational readiness for external audits and accreditations. Youll translate contractual and regulatory requirements into practical monitoring mechanisms clear SOPs and actionable insights that improve program performance and participant closely with leaders and frontline teams youll facilitate risk workshops manage complaints and feedback processes deliver guidance and training and influence stakeholders to embed a consistent accountable culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned to SSIs Service Delivery is a fulltime permanent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to SSIs mission of creating inclusive opportunities for role is officebased five days per week with location flexibility acrossSydney Melbourne or YouYoure detail-oriented proactive and thrive in dynamic environments. You bring:A degree or diploma in Quality Management Public Administration Social Services Business or a related working in Employment Services especially federal government funded programs such as IEA DES TTW Parents Pathways or Workforce AustraliaExperience in audits compliance checks and quality assurance within employment services or similar analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive of government policy regulatory frameworks and risk management communication and stakeholder engagement skills to foster collaboration and to manage competing priorities and maintain audit readiness at all to champion quality and compliance while making a differenceApply now and help us deliver services that exceed UsSettlement Services International (SSI Group) is a community-based organisation and social business that supports newcomers and Australians to achieve their full potential.
