What you will do in this role

As a Team Leader you will:

  • Provide daily supervisionto agroup of customer engagementadvisors.

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the customer service teamcommitted to ensuringgame-changersare fulfilling their roles effectively

  • Effectively provide regular performance coachingsessions teammeetingsand team engagement activities.

  • Utilise team strengths and mentorgame-changersto achieveKey Performance Indicator (KPIs).

  • Ensuregame-changercomplianceofConcentrix internal policies and procedures.

  • Provide subject matterexpertisein handling escalated customer calls as needed.

  • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.

Your qualifications

  • Evidence ofMatric/Grade 12completion

  • Previousexperienceas aTeam Leaderorwithin a supervisory roleisadvantageous

  • Havestrong communicationskills both written and verbal

  • Work well under pressure

  • Are confident mentoringcoachingand providing development togame-changers

  • Are a highly motivated individual who strives to achieve performance expectations

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
