Job Summary

We are recruiting for an Aruba HPE Network Engineer role.

Key Responsibilities

Design deploy and manage Aruba HPE networking solutions (switching wireless LAN ClearPass AirWave and Aruba Central).
Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex network issues.
Monitor and optimize network performance ensuring high availability and reliability.
Implement network security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Aruba solutions into existing infrastructure.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations processes and procedures.
Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP) Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or equivalent certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP VLANs routing protocols (OSPF BGP) and network security concepts.
Experience with network monitoring tools and cloud-managed networking platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

35 years of experience in enterprise networking roles.
Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass for network access control.
Familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud networking solutions.

Knowledge of ITIL process
